In connection with the provision of these services, Cloudflare processes connection and traffic data of website visitors and may act as a processor. Cloudflare operates a globally distributed network. Personal data may therefore also be processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Where data is transferred to a third country and no adequacy decision applies, Cloudflare's current Data Processing Addendum provides, among other safeguards, for the use of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
